We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer to analyze ELV Security & ICT System project requirements, prepare cost estimations, and support project managers in delivering high-quality engineering and budgeting solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical abilities, and proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation tools.
Job Location: Bahrain
Experience: 5-10 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/B.Tech in ECE, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ, and layouts for ELV, Security, and ICT System projects.
- Analyze project requirements, review technical specifications, and interpret engineering drawings.
- Develop AutoCAD designs for Low Current Systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
- Create and maintain system architecture, estimation templates, and project booklets.
- Conduct site surveys, support tender submissions, and arrange quotations.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, project budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards and regulations.
- Present estimation reports to senior management and provide technical support.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of ELV, Security, and ICT systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ERP tools, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Sound problem-solving and analytical abilities
- CCNA/MCP Certifications preferred
- Valid GCC Driving License (preferred but not mandatory)
- Certification with various Security System Manufacturers/OEMs

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد تقديرات تكلفة مفصلة وجداول الكميات وتصميمات لأنظمة ELV، الأمن وتقنية المعلومات.
- تحليل متطلبات المشاريع ومراجعة المواصفات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية.
- تطوير تصميمات AutoCAD لأنظمة التيار المنخفض.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء لجمع المعلومات اللازمة.
- إنشاء وتحديث هياكل الأنظمة، قوالب التقدير، وملفات المشاريع.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية، دعم في تقديم العطاءات وترتيب عروض الأسعار.
- المساهمة في أنشطة ما قبل البيع، وإعداد الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير ولوائح الشركة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير تقدير التكاليف للإدارة العليا مع تقديم الدعم الفني.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأمن، ELV وتقنية المعلومات
- إجادة AutoCAD، أدوات ERP وبرامج MS Office Suite
- مهارات متعددة المهام وإدارة الوقت بكفاءة
- قدرات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة
- شهادات CCNA/MCP (يفضل)
- رخصة قيادة خليجية (ميزة إضافية وليست إلزامية)
- شهادة معتمدة من مصنعي أنظمة الأمن OEMs
