Investment Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Investment Officer to define and execute the firm's investment strategy.
• Set clear investment objectives, risk parameters, and return targets.
• Drive optimal capital allocation across property types, geographies, and investment strategies.
• Design and structure multi-asset portfolios, encompassing both liquid and illiquid assets.
• Implement asset allocation strategies, including macro strategies and absolute return portfolio management.

• Lead private equity fund structuring, capital raising, deal execution (acquisitions, dispositions, development), portfolio management, and performance measurement.
• Oversee deal sourcing, underwriting, and asset management.
• Manage global investment teams and execute global strategies across private market asset classes.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and assess risks.

• Prepare high-quality investor communications, such as newsletters, risk reviews, and marketing presentations.
• Present investment proposals to the investment committee and participate in investor meetings and conferences.
• Monitor real estate investment performance, tracking key metrics such as occupancy rates, rental income, and operating expenses.
• Work with fund administrators and back-office teams on capital calls, distributions, and communications.
• Oversee due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions, including financial, legal, and technical assessments.
• Ensure all investments adhere to regulations and industry standards.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CISI).
• Certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA).
• Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of real estate principles, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• In-depth knowledge of fund management principles, including portfolio construction, risk management, performance analysis, and AML regulations in the real estate industry.
• Analytical and financial modeling skills, including proficiency in financial analysis, projections, sensitivity analysis, valuation (DCF, Multiples), and market research.
