About Us:
Lunchy is on a mission to provide healthy, fun, and fresh school lunches to children in Bahrain. We are dedicated to ensuring that our meals are delivered with care and consistency every day. We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Operations Assistant to join our team and help us make sure every lunch is packed and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Meal Packing:
- Assist in packing freshly prepared school lunches into delivery bags each morning.
Delivery:
- Safely deliver meals to designated schools within the agreed-upon delivery schedule.
Timeliness & Accuracy:
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate and completed on time.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bags, containers, and any other equipment used for packing and delivery.
Communication:
- Stay in communication with the team to address any issues or delays during the packing or delivery process.
Requirements:
Valid Bahraini Driver’s License:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual car.
Reliability & Punctuality:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong sense of responsibility to ensure smooth operations.
Basic Organizational Skills:
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently and ensure smooth packing and timely delivery.
Early Morning Availability:
- Must be willing to work early morning hours to ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
Experience (Preferred but not required):
- Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or similar roles is a plus but not mandatory.

تتمثل مهمة Lunchy في توفير وجبات غداء مدرسية صحية وممتعة وطازجة للأطفال في البحرين. نحن ملتزمون بضمان توصيل وجباتنا بعناية واتساق كل يوم. نحن نبحث عن مساعد عمليات موثوق به ونشط ومنظم للانضمام إلى فريقنا ومساعدتنا في التأكد من تعبئة كل وجبة غداء وتسليمها في الوقت المحدد.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تعبئة الوجبات:
- المساعدة في تعبئة وجبات الغداء المدرسية الطازجة في أكياس التوصيل كل صباح.
توصيل:
- توصيل الوجبات بشكل آمن إلى المدارس المحددة ضمن جدول التسليم المتفق عليه.
الالتزام بالمواعيد والدقة:
- تأكد من أن جميع عمليات التسليم دقيقة وتم الانتهاء منها في الوقت المحدد.
صيانة المعدات:
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم أكياس التسليم والحاويات وأي معدات أخرى تستخدم في التعبئة والتسليم.
تواصل:
- البقاء على تواصل مع الفريق لمعالجة أي مشاكل أو تأخيرات أثناء عملية التعبئة أو التسليم.
متطلبات:
رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية المفعول:
- يجب أن يكون لديك رخصة قيادة صالحة وتكون قادرًا على قيادة سيارة يدوية.
الموثوقية والالتزام بالمواعيد:
- يجب أن يكون موثوقًا به، ومنتظمًا، وأن يتمتع بحس قوي بالمسؤولية لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة.
المهارات التنظيمية الأساسية:
- القدرة على تنظيم المهام بكفاءة وضمان التعبئة السلسة والتسليم في الوقت المناسب.
التوفر في الصباح الباكر:
- يجب أن يكون على استعداد للعمل في ساعات الصباح الباكر لضمان اكتمال جميع عمليات التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
الخبرة (مفضلة ولكن ليست مطلوبة):
- تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال التسليم أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو الأدوار المماثلة ميزة إضافية ولكنها ليست إلزامية.
