Details
We are looking for a Tender Executive/Proposals Engineer to manage the preparation of bid submission documents and coordinate the efforts of various departments involved in the tendering process. This role requires prior experience with tendering processes in Bahrain, particularly in the marine & offshore fabrication for the oil & gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile bid submission documents
- Coordinate tendering and bidding activities across departments
- Manage customer bid requirements and communicate queries
- Vet incoming tenders and ensure compliance with submission instructions
- Collate tender information from various sources
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of tenders
- Standardize tender submissions in terms of format, font, and logo
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in a technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Bahrain
- Familiarity with the tendering process and techno-commercial bids for marine & offshore fabrication in the oil & gas industry

نبحث عن تنفيذي عطاءات / مهندس مقترحات لإدارة إعداد مستندات تقديم العطاءات وتنسيق جهود الأقسام المختلفة المشاركة في عملية التقديم. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة خبرة سابقة في عملية التقديم في البحرين، وخاصة في مجال التصنيع البحري والبحري للمجال النفطي والغاز.
المسؤوليات
- إعداد وتجميع مستندات تقديم العطاءات
- تنسيق الأنشطة المتعلقة بالتقديم عبر الأقسام المختلفة
- إدارة متطلبات العطاءات والتواصل مع العملاء
- فحص العطاءات الواردة وضمان الامتثال لتعليمات التقديم
- جمع معلومات العطاءات من مصادر متعددة
- مراقبة وضمان تقديم العطاءات في الوقت المحدد
- توحيد تقديم العطاءات من حيث الشكل والخط والشعار
الشروط
- درجة / دبلوم في تخصص تقني
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في البحرين
- الإلمام بعملية تقديم العطاءات والعطاءات التجارية التقنية في مجال التصنيع البحري والبحري لصناعة النفط والغاز
