Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase real estate sales and achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate sector.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Own car is required.
- Ability to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لزيادة مبيعات العقارات وتحقيق الأهداف.
- تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة لضمان رضا العملاء وإعادة التعامل معهم.
- بناء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء المحتملين من خلال الشبكات والمكالمات الباردة.
- إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة والاتجاهات في قطاع العقارات.
المؤهلات الأساسية:
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أساسية؛ معرفة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
- ضرورة امتلاك سيارة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في العقارات.
