Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Train and mentor baristas in coffee preparation and customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
- Develop and implement new coffee recipes and seasonal drinks.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee and customer service.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في المقهى، وضمان الجودة والاتساق.

- خلق والحفاظ على بيئة عمل إيجابية وحيوية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصفات قهوة جديدة والمشروبات الموسمية.
- إدارة المخزون وطلب الإمدادات حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة مثبتة كـ باريستا، مع خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في دور إشرافي.
- معرفة قوية بتقنيات وأدوات تحضير القهوة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والقيادة.
- شغف بالقهوة وخدمة العملاء.
