Summary:

Support operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing/servicing, and optimizing all facilities' rotating and static equipment in a safe and orderly manner, adhering to HSE standards and project requirements.


Vacant Positions:

 Mechanical Technician

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Generate maintenance reports, preventive and corrective.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and recommend actions for failure avoidance.
  • Prepare lists of parts and materials required for maintenance activities.
  • Perform preventative/planned and corrective maintenance, supporting operations to increase uptime and reliability.
  • Develop and follow procedures and processes as directed by the Supervisor and project design requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Technical or Engineering degree in Maintenance or Mechanical.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations and maintenance of reciprocating engines and compressors.
  • Hands-on experience with engine and compressor maintenance, specifically CAT 3600, Waukesha VHP, and Ariel.
  • Strong knowledge of natural gas compression and processing facilities operations and maintenance.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Familiarity with O&M activities in a gas compression plant.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in remote site conditions, hot and humid climates, and long working hours.
  • Be available for on-call support after hours.

    المسؤوليات والواجبات الأساسية:

    • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة المخططة وغير المخططة.
    • إنشاء تقارير الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.
    • إجراء استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتوصية بالإجراءات اللازمة لتجنب الفشل.
    • إعداد قوائم بالأجزاء والمواد المطلوبة لأنشطة الصيانة.
    • تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الوقائية/المخططة والتصحيحية، ودعم العمليات لزيادة وقت التشغيل والموثوقية.
    • تطوير ومتابعة الإجراءات والعمليات حسب توجيهات المشرف ومتطلبات تصميم المشروع.

    المؤهلات:

    • درجة فنية أو هندسية في الصيانة أو الميكانيكا.
    • أكثر من 8 سنوات من الخبرة في تشغيل وصيانة المحركات الترددية والضواغط.
    • خبرة عملية في صيانة المحرك والضاغط، وتحديدًا CAT 3600، وWaukesha VHP، وAriel.
    • معرفة قوية بعمليات وصيانة مرافق ضغط ومعالجة الغاز الطبيعي.
    • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثا وكتابة؛ اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
    • التعرف على أنشطة التشغيل والصيانة في مصنع ضغط الغاز.

    المتطلبات الجسدية:

    • العمل في ظروف المواقع النائية، والمناخات الحارة والرطبة، وساعات العمل الطويلة.
    • أن تكون متاحًا للدعم عند الحاجة بعد ساعات العمل.
