Freelance Opportunity - Partner Agent

We are looking for dynamic and motivated freelance partners to join us as real estate agents. This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong sales communication skills, a passion for real estate, and big goals in life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Search for New and Vacant Apartments: Find apartments available for rent and sale.
2. Create Visual Content: Take high-quality pictures and videos of apartments and their facilities.
3. Collect Information: Gather complete and accurate information about vacant apartments from owners or property managers.
4. Post Listings: Upload pictures and videos of vacant apartments on PROPERTY FINDER and social media platforms.
5. Follow-Up: Conduct weekly follow-ups with owners regarding vacant units.
6. Customer Interaction: Respond quickly and intelligently to customer inquiries and messages.
7. Client Scheduling: Manage and schedule viewings of available apartments with potential clients.
8. Weekly Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on progress.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Bahrain.
• Must own a car.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the Bahrain real estate market.

Important Note:

• No Salary, Commission Only.
