Al-Futtaim Group is looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser to maintain and implement visual displays in stores, ensuring that the most effective VM guidelines are used for promotional displays and features. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and effective resource management.
Overview of the Role
- Maintain and implement visual displays in stores, ensuring adherence to company and brand standards.
- Ensure merchandise, signage, and backdrops are arranged according to the prearranged plan.
- Stay updated on new product ranges, promotions, and top-selling items in each department.
- Ensure effective merchandising and support for store promotions.
- Liaise with signage suppliers and promotional graphic designers.
- In smaller stores or during new store openings, physically assist in placing graphics and VM displays.
What You Will Do
- Maintain store display standards in alignment with company and brand guidelines.
- Arrange merchandise, signage, and backdrops as per the visual merchandising plan.
- Stay aware of in-store developments, including new ranges and promotions.
- Oversee the implementation of store promotions.
- Collaborate with signage suppliers for promotional graphics.
- For new store openings, help with the placement of displays and signage.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to generate innovative suggestions for improving visual displays.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent time management and efficiency in utilizing time.

What Equips You for the Role
- University degree, preferably in Interior Design or Merchandising.
- At least 2 years of visual merchandising experience in the retail fashion business.
