Role Description:
Hoover CS is looking for an Operations Team Lead to help lead our Bahrain team. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities and will work efficiently to meet individual, customer, and company expectations. The Operations Team Lead will work to build great relationships with all customers and internal teams and will establish ownership of the quality of service. This position will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of full cycle catalyst management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with plant activities, receiving and processing incoming/outgoing stock and materials. Activities such as managing, organizing, picking, packaging, and shipping orders.
- Manage all logistics of catalyst shipments. Activities include tracking and documenting shipment arrival and departure times, receiving trucks/containers for loading/unloading, preparing all orders for shipment, and entering all data into inventory and logistics software accurately.
- Accurately record, tag, and label bins.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and other stakeholders.
- Train and develop new hires.
- Prepare catalyst (fresh or spent) in accordance with procedure standards.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner to manage operations.
- Coordinate with Plant Operations regarding unit silo levels.
- Maintain equipment repair and maintenance records.
- Responsible for cleaning, painting, inspecting, preparing, repairing, and maintaining all equipment and records of tool calibrations and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain inventory in work area.
- Perform routine housekeeping in the work area, i.e., sweeping and basic cleaning.
- Ensure safety requirements are met or exceeded with every task.
- Ensure all Company policies and procedures are met or exceeded with every task.
- Always maintain a helpful and professional attitude.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate using email and telephone.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solver, proactive behavior, integrity, and honesty.
- Basic knowledge of hand signals.
- Ability to complete record sheets and paperwork accurately.
- Basic knowledge of addition and subtraction.
- Adaptable to changing work environment.
- High level of flexibility, commitment, and performance standards.
Qualifications:
- Must pass all required physical exams and drug/alcohol tests.
- Able to read, write, understand, and speak English.
- General Certificate of Secondary Education/High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Forklift Operations Certificate.
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker or logistics assistant.
- Experience with inventory and logistics software programs.
- 2-5 years’ experience working in industrial, logistics, warehouse, or refinery environment.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Climb stairs and ladders.
- Moderate physical effort, which requires standing on a concrete floor for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to wear a respirator mask.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work and will be in extreme weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Working under supplied air for up to 3 hours a day.
- Working in an unairconditioned warehouse.
- Subject to loud noises.
- Great physical stamina.

- تسجيل ووضع علامات ووضع علامات على الحاويات بشكل دقيق.
- التواصل بشكل فعال مع العملاء وأعضاء الفريق والإدارة وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- تدريب وتطوير الموظفين الجدد.
- قم بإعداد المحفز (الطازج أو المستعمل) وفقًا لمعايير الإجراء.
- تشغيل كافة المعدات بطريقة آمنة لإدارة العمليات.
