Job Purpose
The role focuses on leading small to medium-sized project teams (5-10 engineers) to implement standard engineering solutions with customized features if needed. The responsibility extends to managing project design and scope while ensuring successful completion within budget and on time.
Principal Responsibilities
- Act as the technical interface with customers to define, agree, and deliver technical project requirements.
- Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to ensure correct functionality and integration into Honeywell’s systems.
- Ensure all necessary prerequisites are in place before work begins, including design inputs, documentation, and budgets.
- Provide technical leadership, support, and expertise for the team, ensuring compliance with Honeywell and client (SABIC/Aramco) standards.
- Track and control project scope, monitor risks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Provide guidance to team members in deliverable creation, BOMs, system architecture, and design processes.
- Promote knowledge-sharing practices within the team.
Performance Measures
- Engineering productivity and quality.
- Usage of Standard Builds and Honeywell tools.
- Customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred).
- At least 10-15 years of engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Strong leadership and customer interfacing experience.
- Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in handling multidisciplinary projects.

هدف الوظيفة

- التعاون مع الموردين من الأطراف الثالثة لضمان صحة تكامل المنتجات ضمن أنظمة هوني ويل.
- التأكد من أن جميع المتطلبات اللازمة موجودة قبل بدء العمل، بما في ذلك المدخلات التصميمية والميزانية.
- توفير القيادة الفنية والدعم والخبرة للفريق وضمان التزامه بمعايير هوني ويل ومعايير العملاء (سابك/أرامكو).
- مراقبة والتحكم في نطاق المشروع، وتحليل المخاطر وتقديم تحسينات لتحقيق الكفاءة والجودة.
- توجيه أعضاء الفريق في تطوير الوثائق وإنشاء أنظمة التصميم.
- تعزيز ثقافة تبادل المعرفة بين أعضاء الفريق.

المتطلبات الأساسية
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 إلى 15 عامًا في الهندسة، مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات القيادة وتجربة التعامل مع العملاء.
- شهادة سيغما ستة مفضلة.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
