As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and elevate the quality and reach of our video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into compelling, polished final products, with expert colour grading, sound design, and precise attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with the broader team and clients to ensure that all edits meet brand guidelines, project objectives, and creative standards.
- Stay current with social media best practices, creating edits optimised for maximum engagement and leveraging video marketing frameworks to drive results.
- Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and special effects as needed, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling coherence.
- Optimise video content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage editing timelines, version control, and project deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain an organised media library and an efficient post-production workflow.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or production environment, with a proven track record as a Video Editor.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Demonstrable expertise in colour grading and the ability to enhance visual storytelling through attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of social media editing techniques, platform-specific nuances, and video marketing strategies to boost audience engagement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of working both collaboratively within a creative team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required, with potential travel to Saudi Arabia.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحرير لقطات الفيديو الخام إلى منتجات نهائية مثيرة وجذابة مع تصحيح الألوان الاحترافي، وتصميم الصوت، والانتباه الدقيق للتفاصيل.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الفريق الأوسع والعملاء لضمان أن جميع التعديلات تتماشى مع إرشادات العلامة التجارية، وأهداف المشروع، والمعايير الإبداعية.
- متابعة أحدث ممارسات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وإنشاء تعديلات مُحسّنة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من التفاعل، واستخدام إطار عمل تسويق الفيديو لتحقيق النتائج.
- دمج الرسوم المتحركة والنصوص والتأثيرات الخاصة عند الحاجة، مع ضمان التناسق البصري وتماسك السرد القصصي.
- تحسين محتوى الفيديو للعديد من المنصات، بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والمواقع الإلكترونية، وحملات الإعلان.
- إدارة جداول تحرير الفيديو، والتحكم في النسخ، ومخرجات المشروع لضمان إتمام العمل في الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على مكتبة وسائط منظمة وسير عمل ما بعد الإنتاج بكفاءة.
- أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب الحاجة.
المهارات والمتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في بيئة وكالة أو إنتاج، مع سجل حافل كمحرر فيديو.
- إتقان على مستوى الخبراء لبرامج Adobe Premiere Pro وAfter Effects.
- خبرة واضحة في تصحيح الألوان والقدرة على تعزيز السرد البصري من خلال الانتباه للتفاصيل.
- فهم عميق لتقنيات تحرير الفيديو لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والفروق الخاصة بكل منصة، واستراتيجيات تسويق الفيديو لتعزيز التفاعل مع الجمهور.
- مهارات تواصل وتنظيم وإدارة الوقت ممتازة، مع القدرة على التعامل مع مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني ضمن فريق إبداعي والعمل بشكل مستقل مع إشراف محدود.
- القدرة على العمل في بعض الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الحاجة، مع إمكانية السفر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية.
