The Role
This is a part-time remote position for Private Tutors at Filo. As a Private Tutor, you will engage in 1-1 tutoring sessions, providing personalized assistance, explanations, and solutions to students. Your role will involve addressing student queries, helping them understand concepts, and supporting their learning progress through interactive sessions.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Math, Science, and English.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
- Patience and empathy in guiding students through learning.
- Comfort with remote tutoring tools and technology.
- Previous online tutoring experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
