The Opportunity

Our team is looking for high-caliber individuals to join us at the

Executive level (equivalent to

Senior Associate). We work on the most complex and high-profile global transactions across a broad portfolio of clients and industry sectors. Our team is made up of experienced industry professionals with a background in operations who are serial transaction advisers, which enables us to bring a wealth of deep sector and functional knowledge to our clients. As part of the team, you’ll work on executing separation and integration plans, identifying ideas and sources of value enhancement through synergy assessment, and advising on risk mitigation and the successful change of operations, functions, and people.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within project teams: You will be part of teams comprising colleagues from across the
  Strategy and Transactions (SaT) sub-service lines.

• Business and commercial focus: Analyze complex data and convert it into actionable insights, focusing on maximizing value for clients.

• Pitch preparation: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and client presentations.

• Practice development: Help support the continued development of the practice and firm.

• Relationship building: Develop strong relationships with clients, influencing key decisions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in
  Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Information Technology with
  3 years of relevant work experience; or a postgraduate degree with
  2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in
  business integrations, divestitures, and carve-outs with demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to new challenges.

Ideally, You’ll Have

• Proven record of excellence in
  mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience within another large
  professional services organization.
• Established networking skills in the relevant industry.

• MBA from a reputable business school/university.
