المهام والمسؤوليات:
- التركيز على التعاون عبر الوظائف مع فرق الهندسة، والتسليم، والهندسة المعمارية، والشركاء في الأعمال.
- القدرة على تحليل التغييرات في وظائف الأعمال وتحديد الميزات والقصص التي توضح بوضوح مجموعة التعديلات/التحسينات الكاملة.
- إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بالكامل ودفع تطوير المنتج من خلال فرق الهندسة وفرق سكرم.
- كتابة وتنقيح قصص المستخدم، وتحديد أولويات قوائم الأعمال، وإدارة أنشطة الإصدار ودعم الأنشطة المتعلقة بالسباقات.
- تحديد الحالات التفصيلية للاستخدام، ومتطلبات المنتج، والمواصفات الفنية اللازمة لدعم المبادرات في خارطة الطريق.
- تحديد أهداف المنتج، وتحديد معايير النجاح، وتحقيق النتائج التجارية، وضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والأهداف.
- توثيق تدفقات العمليات لتوضيح الحالات المستقبلية والتغييرات في تدفق المعلومات.
- في بعض الأحيان، قد يتطلب الأمر التفاعل مع الموردين، ودفع وإدارة أولوياتهم وأنشطتهم المتعلقة بالقائمة الأولوية الخاصة بك.
المؤهلات والخبرات:
- درجة بكالوريوس وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في ملكية المنتج/إدارة المنتج في بيئة تتعامل مع فرق متعددة.
- خبرة في أحد المجالات التالية:
- التعامل مع الأرض، عمليات المطارات، و/أو إدارة الموارد.
- رغبة في بناء وتحديد القيمة، مع التفكير الموجه نحو العميل.
- إلمام جيد بالأدوات الخاصة بإدارة المنتج في مراحل تسليم البرمجيات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
- تفكير مرن ومبتكر مع القدرة على التكيف والازدهار في بيئة دائمة التغير.
- خبرة مثبتة في التحليل التجاري، وإعداد الرسوم البيانية، ولغة النمذجة الموحدة (UML).
Role: Product Owner
Location: Dubai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Focus on cross-functional collaboration with engineering, delivery, architecture, and business partners.
- Ability to analyze business functionality changes and determine features and stories that clearly articulate the full range of amendments/enhancements.
- Own the entire lifecycle of the product and drive product development through your engineering and scrum teams.
- Write and refine user stories, prioritize backlogs, manage release activities, and support sprint ceremonies.
- Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.
- Set product objectives, define success metrics, and deliver business outcomes, ensuring KPIs and targets are met.
- Document process flows to illustrate to-be states and changes to information flow.
- At times, may be required to engage, drive, and manage Supplier priorities and activities pertaining to your prioritized backlog.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in product ownership/management in a team-facing capacity.
- Experience in any of the following domains:
- Ground Handling, Airport Operations, and/or Resource Management.
- Appetite for building and identifying value, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Well-versed with the tools for the Product Management aspects of software delivery.
- Strong communication skills.
- Agile and innovative mindset with the tenacity to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.
- Proven experience with Business Analysis, Wireframing, and UML (Unified Modeling Language).
