Job Summary:
The Electrical Technician will be responsible for performing specialized electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment during scheduled outages at a nuclear facility in the UAE. The technician must ensure compliance with stringent safety standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct maintenance on electrical systems including power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and emergency backup systems.
- Fault Diagnosis & Repairs: Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate tools and techniques to minimize downtime.
- Installation: Install new electrical equipment and systems according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
- Commissioning: Participate in commissioning activities to ensure systems meet performance criteria.
- Outage Schedules: Work efficiently within outage schedules to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless outage execution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to nuclear safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Safety Culture: Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as an Electrical Technician, ideally in nuclear or high-reliability industrial sectors.
- Outage Experience: Proven experience working during plant outages or high-pressure maintenance periods.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Tools & Diagnostics: Proficient with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes.
- Nuclear Safety: Knowledge of nuclear safety standards and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalent.
- Work Permits: Possession of necessary UAE work permits or willingness to obtain them upon hiring.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities during outages.

وصف الوظيفة:
سيتولى الفني الكهربائي مسؤولية إجراء الصيانة المتخصصة، استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، الإصلاح، وتركيب الأنظمة والمعدات الكهربائية خلال فترات التوقف المجدولة في المنشأة النووية في الإمارات. يجب على الفني ضمان الامتثال للمعايير الصارمة للسلامة، والمتطلبات التنظيمية، والجداول الزمنية للمشروعات.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية: إجراء صيانة على الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك توزيع الطاقة، وأنظمة التحكم، والأجهزة، وأنظمة النسخ الاحتياطي للطوارئ.
- تشخيص الأعطال والإصلاحات: تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية باستخدام الأدوات والتقنيات المناسبة لتقليل التوقف.
- التركيب: تركيب معدات وأنظمة كهربائية جديدة وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع ورسوم الهندسة.
- التكليف: المشاركة في أنشطة التكليف لضمان أن الأنظمة تعمل وتفي بمعايير الأداء.
- جداول التوقف: العمل بكفاءة ضمن جداول التوقف لإكمال المهام ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق: التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تنفيذ سلس للأنشطة أثناء التوقف.
- الامتثال للسلامة: الامتثال للبروتوكولات النووية للسلامة، اللوائح البيئية، وسياسات الشركة.
- ثقافة السلامة: المشاركة في الاجتماعات التوعوية للسلامة والمساهمة في ثقافة السلامة والتحسين المستمر.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- التعليم: دبلوم أو درجة مشارك في الهندسة الكهربائية، تكنولوجيا الكهرباء أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات كفني كهربائي، ويفضل في القطاع النووي أو الصناعات ذات الموثوقية العالية.
- خبرة التوقف: خبرة مثبتة في العمل خلال فترات التوقف أو فترات الصيانة عالية الضغط.
- الكفاءة الفنية: مهارة في قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والرسوم الهندسية والدليل الفني.
- الأدوات والتشخيص: إجادة استخدام معدات الفحص والتشخيص الكهربائية مثل الملتيمترات، ومجسات الاهتزاز.
- السلامة النووية: معرفة معايير السلامة النووية والمتطلبات التنظيمية أمر مرغوب فيه.
- الشهادات: شهادات ذات صلة مثل فني الصيانة والموثوقية المعتمد (CMRT) أو ما يعادلها.
- تصاريح العمل: امتلاك تصاريح العمل اللازمة للإمارات أو الاستعداد للحصول عليها عند التوظيف.
المهارات الشخصية:
- قدرات قوية في حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وروح الفريق.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة أثناء التوقف.
