Details

Eighteeth is seeking experienced professionals for two key roles:

Technical Support & Trainer for CBCT and Technical Support & Trainer for Intraoral Scanner. These positions focus on providing technical support, organizing training sessions, and contributing to product improvement efforts for the company’s innovative dental products.

Responsibilities:

• CBCT Role:
  • Manage technical support and address customer complaints related to CBCT.
  • Collect and summarize after-sales data to offer suggestions for product improvement.
  • Organize regular online/offline training sessions on CBCT for Eighteeth partners.
  • Compile and maintain CBCT training documents.
  • Represent the company at relevant exhibitions and conferences.

• Intraoral Scanner Role:
  • Manage technical support and address customer complaints related to intraoral scanners.
  • Collect and summarize after-sales data to offer suggestions for product improvement.
  • Organize regular online/offline training sessions on intraoral scanners for Eighteeth partners.
  • Compile and maintain intraoral scanner training documents.
  • Support and speak at relevant exhibitions and conferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Previous experience with CBCT or intraoral scanners.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

  • تنظيم جلسات تدريب منتظمة عبر الإنترنت/خارج الإنترنت حول CBCT لشركاء Eighteeth.
  • تجميع وصيانة مستندات تدريب CBCT.

• دور جهاز الفحص داخل الفم:
  • إدارة الدعم الفني ومعالجة شكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بجهاز الفحص داخل الفم.
  • جمع وتلخيص بيانات ما بعد البيع لتقديم اقتراحات لتحسين المنتج.
  • تنظيم جلسات تدريب منتظمة عبر الإنترنت/خارج الإنترنت حول جهاز الفحص داخل الفم لشركاء Eighteeth.
  • تجميع وصيانة مستندات تدريب جهاز الفحص داخل الفم.
  • دعم والتحدث في المعارض والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة.

الشروط

• درجة بكاليريوس أو أعلى.
• خبرة سابقة مع جهاز CBCT أو جهاز الفحص داخل الفم.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة).
