The Role

 This role will be based in the Gulf Region.

•  As a Regional Manager for the Middle East, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the recruitment target within the region for the Coventry University Group. You will be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy. This will involve collaborating across recruitment, conversion, and admissions teams within CURA to drive performance in key markets, ensuring ambitious growth goals are met.

•  Do you have extensive experience of delivering against challenging sales targets in a complex, premium product range, ideally within an international context?

 

• As Regional Manager, you will lead the growth and diversification of your region through multiple recruitment channels, including direct recruitment, agent and sponsor management, schools, FE, and HE networks. You will be responsible for increasing demand while maximizing conversion rates from leads to enrolment across Coventry University Group.

 

• Your role will involve advising prospective students, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective performance across all recruitment channels.
