Sales Performance Auditor
About the job
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Performance Auditor to join our team in Bahrain. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the quality and compliance of sales activities by auditing the performance of individual sales agents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The role involves reviewing sales recordings, assessing performance against a checklist, and providing qualitative feedback to the Operations Management team.
Responsibility:
- Listen to sales recordings for each sales agent
- Complete an audit checklist per sales agent
- Report to Operations Management any misses from the checklist
- Provide daily reports to Operations Management
- Participate in daily and weekly review meetings
- Provide qualitative feedback along with checklist submissions
- Other tasks as requested by Operations Management
- Hours will be typical day-time business hours out of the office
Requirements:
- Strong ability to identify areas for improvement in sales agent performance.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute positively to team goals.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
