Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment and coordinate with shipping companies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, highlighting any shortages or excesses.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Experience in civil construction sites as a storekeeper.
- Valid GCC driving license preferred.
- Availability to join immediately.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لمستويات المخزون وحركاته.
- استقبال وفحص جميع الشحنات الواردة، وضمان الجودة والدقة.
- تنظيم وصيانة المستودع لضمان التخزين واسترجاع السلع بكفاءة.
- تجهيز الطلبات للشحن والتنسيق مع شركات الشحن.
- إجراء جرد منتظم للمخزون وتسوية أي اختلافات.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي نقص أو فائض.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة.
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان سلاسة العمليات ورضا العملاء.
- تحسين عمليات وإجراءات المستودع باستمرار.
