Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for operations, focusing on optimizing meal production processes and scaling operations.
- Leverage data and analytics to address operational challenges and enhance efficiency in meal production.
- Collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, design, and data science to develop and launch new tools and features.
- Lead initiatives to improve production schedules, reduce waste, and maintain the highest quality standards in meal preparation.
- Influence stakeholders and ensure alignment and timely execution of product strategies across teams.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience leading product initiatives and making data-driven decisions.
- Based in KSA, UAE, or Bahrain.
- Strong background in operations and manufacturing, with the ability to design and improve processes.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and driving product development.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel to build short-term dashboards and solve urgent challenges.
- A passion for innovation, with knowledge of emerging technologies like AI, ML, or computer vision being a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجية المنتج للعمليات، مع التركيز على تحسين عمليات إنتاج الوجبات وتوسيع العمليات.
- الاستفادة من البيانات والتحليلات لمعالجة التحديات التشغيلية وتحسين الكفاءة في إنتاج الوجبات.
- التعاون مع الفرق عبر الهندسة، العمليات، التصميم، وعلوم البيانات لتطوير وإطلاق أدوات وميزات جديدة.
- قيادة المبادرات لتحسين جداول الإنتاج، وتقليل الفاقد، والحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة في إعداد الوجبات.
- التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة وضمان التوافق والتنفيذ في الوقت المحدد لاستراتيجيات المنتج عبر الفرق.
المرشح المثالي
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في قيادة المبادرات المنتجة واتخاذ القرارات المدفوعة بالبيانات.
- مقيم في السعودية أو الإمارات أو البحرين.
- خلفية قوية في العمليات والتصنيع مع القدرة على تصميم وتحسين العمليات.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف ودفع تطوير المنتجات.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة مع القدرة على التأثير على جميع المستويات.
- إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel لبناء لوحات بيانات قصيرة الأجل وحل التحديات العاجلة.
- شغف بالابتكار مع معرفة بالتقنيات الناشئة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي، التعلم الآلي، أو الرؤية الحاسوبية ميزة إضافية.
