 Power & Buildings Projects Specialist (Electrical Engineer)

Job Description:

The role is responsible for supervising all civil, MEP, and power-related strategic engineering projects. You will report directly to the Manager and support in various operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic

• Assist the department head in preparing the strategy and strategic initiatives for the sub-function, ensuring alignment with the functional strategy.
• Monitor, track, and report on performance against strategic initiatives.

Financial

• Assist in preparing the department's budget and track adherence to the approved budget.
• Support the monitoring and tracking of financial performance related to projects.

Operations

• Support planning, execution, and handing over of engineering projects using project management skills and techniques.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, aligning findings with the Manager.
• Assist in developing and providing project documentation and requirements.
• Work closely with contracted vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards, staying within scope, cost, and timeline.
• Support the manager in fulfilling corporate-related requirements (Finance, Audit, Procurement, etc.).

People

• Take ownership of attending training as per the plan.
• Complete the PMS process and employee engagement surveys on time.
• Share knowledge and stay up-to-date with telecom industry trends.
• Motivate and foster a healthy work environment within the team and address work-related concerns effectively.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in the development or maintenance of power or building services-related facilities or infrastructure.
• Experience in project management and handling third-party vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Building Electrical Engineering.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:

استراتيجي

• مساعدة رئيس القسم في إعداد الاستراتيجية والمبادرات الاستراتيجية للوظيفة الفرعية، وضمان التوافق مع الاستراتيجية الوظيفية.
• مراقبة وتتبع وإعداد التقارير عن الأداء مقابل المبادرات الاستراتيجية.

مالي

• المساعدة في إعداد ميزانية القسم ومتابعة الالتزام بالميزانية المعتمدة.
• دعم مراقبة وتتبع الأداء المالي المتعلق بالمشاريع.

العمليات

• دعم التخطيط والتنفيذ وتسليم المشاريع الهندسية باستخدام مهارات وتقنيات إدارة المشاريع.
• تقديم تقارير المشروع اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية، ومواءمة النتائج مع المدير.
• المساعدة في تطوير وتوفير وثائق ومتطلبات المشروع.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع البائعين والمقاولين المتعاقدين لضمان تلبية متطلبات المشروع.
• ضمان أن تكون مخرجات المشروع متوافقة مع أعلى معايير الجودة، مع البقاء ضمن النطاق والتكلفة والجدول الزمني.
• دعم المدير في تلبية المتطلبات المتعلقة بالشركة (المالية، التدقيق، المشتريات، إلخ).

الناس

• تحمل مسؤولية حضور التدريب حسب الخطة الموضوعة.
• إكمال عملية إدارة الأداء واستطلاعات مشاركة الموظفين في الوقت المحدد.
• شارك المعرفة وابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات صناعة الاتصالات.
• تحفيز وتعزيز بيئة عمل صحية داخل الفريق ومعالجة المخاوف المتعلقة بالعمل بشكل فعال.

الخبرة والمؤهلات:

• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير أو صيانة المرافق أو البنية التحتية المتعلقة بالطاقة أو خدمات البناء.
• خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والتعامل مع البائعين الخارجيين.
• بكالوريوس في هندسة كهرباء البناء.
