Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and partners through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel to onboard new projects to the BNB Chain ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain industries.
- Assist in the growth and success of projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem by advising on product, go-to-market (GTM), and strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address strategic challenges and quickly respond to new business needs.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure the success and expansion of ecosystem partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Web3 space.
- Work with the business strategy team to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in Russian and/or Sub-Saharan African markets preferred (e.g., language skills, prior work experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, venture investment, strategy, or Web3 product development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

المتطلبات:
- خبرة في الأسواق الروسية و/أو أسواق أفريقيا جنوب الصحراء (مثل مهارات اللغة، الخبرة السابقة، إلخ).
- درجة بكاليريوس في إدارة الأعمال، المالية، التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 1-5 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير الأعمال، المبيعات، استثمار رأس المال المغامر، الاستراتيجيات، أو تطوير منتجات Web3.
- مهارات تواصل وتقديم وعقد صفقات ممتازة.
- القدرة المثبتة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- دافع ذاتي، موجه نحو الأهداف، ومريح في العمل في بيئة سريعة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق متعدد الوظائف.
- الإلمام ببرمجيات CRM، Microsoft Office، وغيرها من الأدوات ذات الصلة
