About the Job
What you will do:
We are seeking an experienced Field Technical Engineer (Freelance) to join our growing team at Bitrock. The role involves supporting our clients in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing cloud and infrastructure services.
What we need from you:
Programming Languages & Frameworks:
- Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/React.js for frontend applications
- Basic backend development skills in Java
- Basic API development and REST services experience
- Basic SQL and database management skills
Cloud & Infrastructure:
- Basic experience with AWS cloud services
- Basic understanding of containerization and microservices architecture
- Basic networking knowledge
Application Support Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of incident management processes
- Understanding of SLA management
- Root cause analysis expertise
Tools & Platforms:
- Proficiency with JIRA for ticket management
- Knowledge of Confluence for documentation
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment
Additional Considerations:
- Must be able to work in the EMEA time zone
- Should understand service management frameworks and ITIL processes
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and create technical documentation
- Understanding of non-regression testing and patch management

ماذا سوف تفعل:
نحن نبحث عن مهندس فني ميداني ذي خبرة (مستقل) للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في Bitrock. يتضمن الدور دعم عملائنا في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها ومراقبة وإدارة خدمات البنية التحتية والسحابة.
ما نحتاجه منك:
لغات البرمجة والأطر:
- الكفاءة الأساسية في JavaScript/TypeScript/React.js لتطبيقات الواجهة الأمامية
- مهارات تطوير الواجهة الخلفية الأساسية في Java
- خبرة أساسية في تطوير واجهة برمجة التطبيقات وخدمات REST
- المهارات الأساسية لإدارة قواعد البيانات وSQL
السحابة والبنية التحتية:
- خبرة أساسية في خدمات AWS السحابية
- فهم أساسي للحاويات وهندسة الخدمات المصغرة
- المعرفة الأساسية بالشبكات
مهارات دعم التطبيقات:
- قدرات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات
- خبرة في أدوات التسجيل والمراقبة
- معرفة عمليات إدارة الحوادث
- فهم إدارة SLA
- خبرة في تحليل السبب الجذري
الأدوات والمنصات:
- الكفاءة في استخدام JIRA لإدارة التذاكر
- معرفة Confluence للتوثيق
- فهم أنظمة التحكم في الإصدارات ( Git )

المهارات الشخصية:
- قدرات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات

- القدرة على العمل في بيئة دعم على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع
اعتبارات إضافية:
- يجب أن تكون قادرًا على العمل في المنطقة الزمنية لمنطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا
- يجب أن يفهم أطر إدارة الخدمة وعمليات ITIL
- القدرة على إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري وإنشاء الوثائق الفنية
- فهم الاختبار غير الانحداري وإدارة التصحيحات
