Sales Associates - Bahraini National
Role Purpose:
We are looking for Sales Associates (Bahraini Nationals). The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in a retail environment as a Sales Associate or Cashier.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding what they're looking for.
- Maintain full knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchange, and security practices.
- Maintain an organized stock room at all times, ensuring that enough stock is available for all items and inform the Shop Manager about any stock requirements or overstock items.
- Arrange and display merchandise according to item, size, and color, under the direction of the Merchandiser team.
- Receive all methods of payment from customers and ensure proper turnover of the cash register to the next duty cashier.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational qualification in any discipline.
- Must be a Bahraini National.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing high levels of production.

غرض الدور:
نحن نبحث عن مساعدي مبيعات (مواطنين بحرينيين). يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة تتراوح من سنة إلى سنتين في بيئة البيع بالتجزئة كمساعد مبيعات أو أمين صندوق.
المسؤوليات:
- استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم في العثور على ما يبحثون عنه.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة الكاملة بالمبيعات الحالية والعروض الترويجية والسياسات المتعلقة بالدفع والتبادل وممارسات الأمان.
- الحفاظ على مخزن منظم في جميع الأوقات، والتأكد من توفر مخزون كافٍ لجميع العناصر وإبلاغ مدير المتجر عن أي متطلبات للمخزون أو العناصر الزائدة عن المخزون.
- ترتيب وعرض البضائع حسب الصنف والحجم واللون، تحت إشراف فريق التاجر.
