Position: Product & Partnership Manager
Position Overview:
Beyon Cyber is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product & Partnership Manager to manage strategic partnerships and develop innovative product strategies to strengthen the company's market presence. The role also includes designing and executing marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships aligned with Beyon Cyber’s goals.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration opportunities with cybersecurity vendors and customers.
Product Management:
- Develop and implement innovative product strategies to boost market presence.
- Manage product life cycles from ideation to execution and post-launch analysis.
Marketing and Event Management:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to derive insights and improve future initiatives.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication channels with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certification or experience in marketing, communications, project management, or cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in product management, marketing, and partnership development.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in event management, including budgeting, logistics, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a creative execution mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
تطوير الشراكات:
- تحديد الشراكات الاستراتيجية والتفاوض عليها وإدارتها بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- تعزيز العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لتحسين فرص التعاون مع موردي الأمن السيبراني والعملاء.
إدارة المنتجات:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات منتجات مبتكرة لتعزيز وجود الشركة في السوق.
- إدارة دورة حياة المنتج بدءًا من الفكرة وحتى التنفيذ والتحليل بعد الإطلاق.
التسويق وإدارة الفعاليات:
- تصميم وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية لتعزيز رؤية المنتجات وزيادة تفاعل العملاء.
- قيادة تخطيط وتنفيذ الفعاليات الخاصة بإطلاق المنتجات والأنشطة الترويجية.
- إجراء تقييمات بعد الفعاليات لاستخلاص الأفكار وتحسين المبادرات المستقبلية.
تفاعل العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة:
- الحفاظ على قنوات اتصال قوية مع العملاء والموردين وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادة أو خبرة في مجالات ذات صلة مثل التسويق، الاتصالات، إدارة المشاريع، أو الأمن السيبراني.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المنتجات، التسويق، وتطوير الشراكات.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل التعاوني والتأقلم في بيئات سريعة التغير.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة الفعاليات بما في ذلك التخطيط المالي، اللوجستيات، وتقييم المخاطر.
- مهارات تواصل وعلاقات شخصية ممتازة.
- قدرة على التفكير الاستراتيجي والتنفيذ الإبداعي.
- إتقان أدوات وبرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- القدرة على التحدث بأكثر من لغة تُعتبر ميزة إضافية.
