As a Manager at Baker Tilly JFC, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in achieving their strategic objectives by providing valuable insights and recommendations related to their business verticals and their financial health, thereby optimizing resources and enhancing value. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Design the scope of work for engagements, oversee day-to-day activities, assume responsibility for quality control and accuracy of client deliverables, and effectively manage risk associated with engagements.
- Efficient/effective with strong financial and analytical skills to identify problems and recommend credible solutions.
- Recruitment of new staff and monitoring performance of existing staff.
- Build sector expertise and strive to be a subject matter specialist in the identified sector.
- Perform reviews of third-party appraisals for audit support purposes.
- Attend webinars and industry events to stay abreast of the latest developments in the service line.
- Assist partners/directors in external and internal business development and collaborate with other Baker Tilly practices to build cross-functional relationships.
- Coach junior staff in technical skills, industry knowledge, and soft skills.
- Ensure that timesheets for staff working on relevant projects are submitted and approved and carry out appropriate project performance analyses for discussion with Senior Management.
- Ensure clients are invoiced on a timely basis and monitor collections in-line with project delivery.
- Travel to locations within the GCC as and when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and professional certifications (CA/CFA charter holder preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Transaction Services/Lead Advisory or a similar relevant role within a consulting firm, Big 4, or corporate environment.
- Ability to create and develop strong relationships.
- Able to rally teams behind a shared vision to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical thinker with good negotiation skills.
- Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions 'outside the box.'
- Organized with strong business acumen.
- Demonstrates project management experience of complex multiphase projects.
- Ability to deliver projects on-time and on budget.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Team player – Willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so.
- Adaptable – Able to ‘hit the ground running’ and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks.
- Researching skills – Identifies, documents, and shares knowledge that might be useful to others.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing coaching and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

- مساعدة الشركاء/المديرين في تطوير الأعمال الخارجية والداخلية والتعاون مع ممارسات Baker Tilly الأخرى لبناء علاقات متعددة الوظائف.
- تدريب الموظفين المبتدئين على المهارات الفنية والمعرفة الصناعية والمهارات الشخصية.
- التأكد من تقديم جداول العمل للموظفين العاملين في المشاريع ذات الصلة والموافقة عليها وإجراء تحليلات مناسبة لأداء المشروع لمناقشتها مع الإدارة العليا.
- ضمان إرسال الفواتير إلى العملاء في الوقت المناسب ومراقبة التحصيلات بما يتماشى مع تسليم المشروع.
- السفر إلى مواقع داخل دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي عند الحاجة.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- - درجة الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة، والشهادات المهنية (يفضل حامل شهادة CA/CFA).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في خدمات المعاملات / الاستشارات الرائدة أو دور مماثل ذي صلة في شركة استشارية أو شركة Big 4 أو بيئة مؤسسية.
- القدرة على إنشاء وتطوير علاقات قوية.
- القدرة على حشد الفرق وراء رؤية مشتركة لتحقيق الأهداف.
- مفكر تحليلي قوي مع مهارات تفاوض جيدة.
