Vacant Positions:

   Digital Business Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

Strategic

•  • Support the strategic initiatives of the Function by gathering intelligence about new products, solutions and technologies in the market for enhancing Batelco offerings

 Financial

•  • Identify and position the solutions to address client requirement and contribute to the revenue of the Function
• • Regularly prepare and report pre-sales funnel progress on proposals in pipeline and on deal closures

 Operational 

•   Assess client requirement received from the Sales team and scope the concept of technical solution to address the requirements
•  Provide inputs to the Opportunity Review Board while deciding to quote for complex and high value bids
•  Liaise with Technology Partnership team to design Client specific holistic solutions integrating Batelco products with the offerings from technology partners
•  Share the requirements for initiating or retaining partnerships with technology vendors, OEMs, Distributors, System Integrator Partners etc.
•   Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for the clients and support the Sales team during proposal presentations
•  Design and share Bill of material with OEM/ Vendors

Access Network Manager

Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related domains from an internationally recognized University.

 Experience:

•   6-8 years of IT/ Network Management experience, with a substantial proportion gained in a telecommunications business environment.
•    3 years’ experience of directly managing teams of professional & technical staff in the provision, development, implementation and support of business application systems.
•  3 years of project management experience in the IT/IS field.
•  Experience of technical activities relevant to assigned area.
•   Fluency with a wide range of modern PC desktop applications and utilities.

•  شارك في المتطلبات اللازمة لبدء أو الاحتفاظ بالشراكات مع بائعي التكنولوجيا، ومصنعي المعدات الأصلية، والموزعين، وشركاء تكامل النظام وما إلى ذلك.
•   إعداد مقترحات فنية وتجارية شاملة للعملاء ودعم فريق المبيعات أثناء تقديم المقترحات
•  تصميم ومشاركة قائمة المواد مع الشركات المصنعة للمعدات الأصلية/الموردين

المؤهلات:

  - درجة البكالوريوس في التكنولوجيا أو المجالات ذات الصلة من جامعة معترف بها دوليا.

 خبرة:

•   6-8 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات/الشبكات، مع اكتساب نسبة كبيرة منها في بيئة الأعمال المتعلقة بالاتصالات.
•    - خبرة 3 سنوات في إدارة فرق من الموظفين المحترفين والفنيين بشكل مباشر في توفير وتطوير وتنفيذ ودعم أنظمة تطبيقات الأعمال.
•  3 سنوات من الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات/نظم المعلومات.
•  خبرة في الأنشطة الفنية ذات الصلة بالمجال المخصص.
•   إتقان مجموعة واسعة من تطبيقات وأدوات سطح المكتب الحديثة للكمبيوتر الشخصي.
