We are hiring an experienced Arabic Supervisor to oversee operations at our new fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage or fast food industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic is a must. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Local Hiring: Only candidates with valid Bahraini work permits and residency will be considered.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality service.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle complaints, resolve conflicts, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of quality control and operational efficiency.

الشروط
- الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن دور إشرافي في صناعة الطعام والشراب أو المطاعم السريعة.
- مهارات اللغة: الطلاقة في اللغة العربية شرط أساسي. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.
- التوظيف المحلي: سيتم النظر فقط في المرشحين الذين لديهم تصاريح عمل بحرينية سارية وإقامة في البحرين.
- مهارات القيادة: القدرة المثبتة على إدارة وتحفيز فريق متنوع.
