Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the care of critically ill newborns, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in the NICU.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, nurses, and pharmacists, to develop tailored treatment plans for each infant.
- Conduct regular rounds and assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting care strategies based on evolving clinical conditions.
- Educate and mentor NICU staff on advanced neonatal care techniques and protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing emotional support and clear information on their infant's condition and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety in the NICU environment.
- Engage in research activities to advance neonatal medicine, contributing to publications and presenting findings at conferences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Age: 35 to 55 years old.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in Bahrain or GCC.
- Candidates with an NHRA license or data flow are preferred.

الوصف الوظيفي
الأدوار والمسؤوليات:
- قيادة والإشراف على رعاية الأطفال حديثي الولادة في حالات حرجة، وضمان الامتثال للإرشادات السريرية وأفضل الممارسات في وحدة العناية المركزة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات، بما في ذلك أطباء حديثي الولادة والممرضين والصيادلة، لتطوير خطط علاج مخصصة لكل طفل.
- إجراء الجولات والتقييمات المنتظمة لمتابعة تقدم الحالات وتعديل استراتيجيات الرعاية بناءً على الظروف السريرية المتغيرة.
- تعليم وتوجيه فريق العناية المركزة على تقنيات وبروتوكولات متقدمة في رعاية حديثي الولادة، وتعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر.
- التواصل الفعال مع العائلات لتقديم الدعم العاطفي ومعلومات واضحة حول حالة أطفالهم وخيارات العلاج.
- المشاركة في مبادرات تحسين الجودة لتعزيز نتائج المرضى وسلامتهم في بيئة العناية المركزة.

المواصفات المطلوبة للمرشح
- العمر: من 35 إلى 55 سنة.
- يُفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في العمل في البحرين أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- يُفضل أن يكون لديه ترخيص NHRA أو بيانات Data Flow.
