The Job

Join us as a Supply Chain Manager covering the EMEA region, focusing on implementing Supply Chain best practices and leading key initiatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and sustainment of Supply Chain best practices aligned with ASCM standards.

• Lead network optimisation assessments and execution across EMEA markets.

• Assess inefficiencies in warehouse operations and oversee the implementation of countermeasures.

• Establish and track KPIs for warehouse effectiveness and efficiency.

• Oversee the creation and optimisation of SOPs and policies for Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory.

• Implement standardised operating and service-level agreements (SLAs) with risk assessments.

• Collaborate with Procurement for inbound shipment optimisation and cost negotiations.

• Support Sales with accurate estimates for complex supply chain projects.

• Advise Warehouse Management on shipping standards and packaging protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred – ideally, with experience in warehousing and logistic projects.

• Five years of leadership experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, including both asset-based and outsourced transportation.

• Experience managing a team with multiple layers of management.

• Fluent English skills, with German skills desirable.

• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

• ASCM certification is preferred (CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or CTSC).

• Demonstrated working experience using data and analytics to formulate countermeasures.

• Experience implementing countermeasures across multiple locations.
