- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and payroll.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statements, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Review and approve journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies for audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to support business decisions.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with prior experience in a Trading company.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP, IFRS).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
Salary Package

مسؤوليات الوظيفة
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم المحاسبة بما في ذلك الحسابات المستحقة الدفع، الحسابات المستحقة القبض، دفتر الأستاذ العام، التقارير المالية، والرواتب.
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية لضمان الدقة والكمال والامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- إدارة عمليات الإغلاق في نهاية الشهر والسنة بما في ذلك إعداد البيانات المالية والمطابقات والتحليل.
- مراجعة واعتماد قيود اليومية والتعديلات والمطابقات لضمان الدقة والامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير المالية والميزانيات والتوقعات وتحليل الفجوات لدعم اتخاذ القرارات.
- التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والسلطات الضريبية والهيئات التنظيمية لتسهيل عمليات التدقيق وتقديم الإقرارات الضريبية.
- مراقبة التدفق النقدي والسيولة والمقاييس المالية لتحديد المخاطر والفرص.
- تقديم التحليل المالي والرؤى للإدارة العليا لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.
- توجيه وتطوير موظفي المحاسبة من خلال الدعم والتوجيه وفرص التطوير المهني.
- متابعة المستجدات في معايير المحاسبة وأفضل الممارسات لضمان التحسين المستمر في إدارة العمليات المالية.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات
- درجة بكاليروس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة؛ شهادة ACCA أو ما يعادلها مفضلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة والإدارة المالية، مع خبرة سابقة في شركة تجارة.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة والمعايير واللوائح (GAAP، IFRS).
- مهارات قيادة ممتازة وقدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان البرمجيات المحاسبية وأدوات الإدارة المالية.
- الانتباه للتفاصيل والدقة في العمل.
- القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع المعنيين غير الماليين.
- النزاهة والاحترافية في التعامل مع المعلومات المالية السرية.
