Exciting Career Opportunity: Shop Manager at AZADEA
Role Purpose
The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire shop operation to ensure the highest standards of customer service and to maximize sales and profitability in line with the company’s objectives. Additionally, the Shop Manager handles inventory, maintenance, and the external appearance of the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Detect, anticipate, and provide regular feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities affecting the region/market.
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs and complaints are addressed in a timely manner to create customer loyalty and enhance the customer portfolio.
- Oversee a smooth receiving process of items/shipments and monitor inventory activities, including cycle counts, stock movements, transfers between shops, and handling of damaged items.
- Analyze sales performance (hourly, daily, weekly) and identify replenishment needs, place orders, and meet stock performance objectives to maximize sales.
- Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours, sales targets, events, and operational needs, and communicate sales plans and daily/hourly targets effectively to the team.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and are equipped to maximize their potential.
- Log and update commercial and operational information accurately on various platforms.
- Manage the shop’s budget by monitoring expenditure, optimizing costs, and reporting any variances to the DM/BM.
- Ensure the shop’s image complies with the brand’s standards, and oversee cleanliness, display, and maintenance of the shop, including windows, cash area, and stock room.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of managerial experience.
- Fluency in English.

- تسجيل وتحديث المعلومات التجارية والتشغيلية بدقة على مختلف المنصات.
- إدارة ميزانية المتجر من خلال مراقبة النفقات، وتحقيق التكاليف المثلى، وتقرير أي اختلافات إلى DM/BM.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير العلامة التجارية لصورة المتجر، والإشراف على نظافة المتجر، وعرض المنتجات، وصيانة المكان بما في ذلك النوافذ، وكاشير المتجر، وغرف المخزون.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- 3 سنوات من الخبرة الإدارية.
- الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية.
