Fixed Assets, Leases and Inventory Officer
About the Role
The Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Leases Officer is responsible for overseeing the management of the company's fixed assets, inventory, and leases. This role includes ensuring accurate tracking, accounting, and reporting of all fixed assets, maintaining inventory levels, and managing lease agreements. The officer will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
1. Fixed Assets Management:
- Maintain the fixed assets register and ensure all acquisitions, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded.
- Ensure proper depreciation of fixed assets in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the operations teams for the timely capitalization of fixed assets.
2. Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with the procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Implement and monitor internal controls over inventory management and provisions.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
3. Leases Management:
- Maintain the company's lease portfolio, ensuring all lease agreements are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Monitor lease payment schedules, ensuring timely payments and compliance with lease terms.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards related to lease accounting (e.g., IFRS 16).
- Prepare and present lease-related reports and analysis.
4. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on fixed assets, inventory, and leases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to fixed assets, inventory, and leases.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fixed assets, inventory, and lease management.
5. Collaboration and Support:
- Provide support to the finance and accounting teams in relation to fixed assets, inventory, and leases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in asset and inventory management.
Zain Youth - Call Center
Job Purpose
To assist customers by answering and responding to their inquiries, questions, and complaints with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to achieve customer service business objectives.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer inbound calls to assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Build customer's trust in the services and products offered by Zain.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others.
- Dependability to follow instructions, take responsibility for actions, and keep commitments.
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve performance metrics.
- Assist customers with all issues and escalate them to management appropriately.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Identify areas of improvement in complaints and service requests handling processes.

What We Need From You
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, implementation, testing, operation, and maintenance of Zain Bahrain's IP network.

About the Role
The Specialist - General Ledger & Accounts Payable will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the financial records within the financial operations department.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain the general ledger, including subsidiaries, journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and ledger analysis.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Finalize journal entries, accruals, and adjustments for financial statement accuracy.

Job Purpose
Monitor and assure overall network health and service soundness by actively managing incidents and customer complaints as the first point of contact for all network-related problems.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle alarm monitoring, incident reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Manage customer complaints, troubleshooting, and resolutions.
- Verify and report statistics on business and technical performance.
