Main Responsibilities
- Responsible to extract data from database and internal system for analysis.
- Prepare sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word).

- Identifying and assessing areas of improvement, market trends and recommending corrective measures to upper management to mitigate losses.

- Assessing current corporate relations of organization, reviewing proposals, reporting any relation issues to our Head of Sales and administering solutions as per their instructions.

Export Manager Logistic
Main Responsibilities
- Logistics Management and Monitoring.
- Resolve the problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, and customer issue and negotiate rates and services.
- Negotiate with Cargo Company to improve transportation services for his efficiency in transportation.
- Plan and implement improvements to internal and external logistics processes
- Supervise the works of logistics at factory and QATAR, OMAN, DUBAI and KSA.
- Recommended optimal Transportation modes, routing, and equipment.
- Create the policies and procedures for logistics activities
- Train shipping department personal in roles and responsibilities regarding the GCC and also international logistics strategies.
- Monitor products export processes to ensure compliance with regularity requirement.
- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies, procedures for products transfer, transit and delivery.

- الإشراف على الأعمال اللوجستية في المصنع وفي قطر وعمان ودبي والمملكة العربية السعودية.
- أفضل وسائل النقل الموصى بها، والمسارات، والمعدات.
- إنشاء السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالأنشطة اللوجستية
- تدريب موظفي قسم الشحن على الأدوار والمسؤوليات المتعلقة بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وكذلك الاستراتيجيات اللوجستية الدولية.
- مراقبة عمليات تصدير المنتجات لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الانتظام.
- ضمان امتثال الناقل لسياسات الشركة وإجراءاتها الخاصة بنقل المنتجات والعبور والتسليم.
