We are urgently looking for a Well Experienced Supermarket Salesman to join our team. If you have excellent customer service skills and are knowledgeable about products, we want you to apply!
Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greeting customers and offering assistance
- Answering questions about products and their locations
- Helping customers find what they're looking for
- Processing transactions at the checkout
- Handling returns and exchanges
- Providing excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience
Product Knowledge
- Staying up-to-date on current promotions and sales
- Being familiar with the location of products in the store
- Having a basic understanding of different products and their uses
- Answering customer inquiries about products
Store Maintenance
- Keeping shelves stocked and organized
- Rotating inventory to ensure fresh products
- Cleaning and maintaining the assigned area
- Reporting any safety hazards or spills
Additional Responsibilities
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Being adaptable and willing to help out in different areas of the store

- التعامل مع العوائد والاستبدال
- توفير خدمة عملاء ممتازة لخلق تجربة تسوق إيجابية
معرفة بالمنتجات
- متابعة العروض الترويجية والمبيعات الحالية
- معرفة أماكن المنتجات في المتجر
- فهم أساسي للمنتجات واستخداماتها
- الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء حول المنتجات
صيانة المتجر
- الحفاظ على رفوف منظمة ومملوءة
- تدوير المخزون لضمان المنتجات الطازجة
- تنظيف المنطقة المخصصة والمحافظة عليها
- الإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر أو انسكابات
مسؤوليات إضافية
- اتباع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة
- الحفاظ على مظهر نظيف واحترافي
- العمل بفعالية كجزء من فريق
- أن تكون مرنًا ومستعدًا للمساعدة في مجالات أخرى من المتجر
