Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will craft specialty coffee beverages, manage cashier transactions, assist with inventory tasks, and contribute to product preparation, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Preparation
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Follow recipe standards and preparation procedures strictly.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
- Provide personalized product recommendations.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
Inventory Management
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Monitor and restock supplies like coffee beans and syrups.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to minimize shortages and waste.
- Report inventory needs to the management team.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keep workspaces, coffee preparation areas, and customer service areas clean and organized.
- Regularly clean coffee machines, equipment, and utensils.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a passion for excellent service.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد القهوة
- إعداد وتقديم مجموعة متنوعة من مشروبات القهوة بجودة ودقة.
- الحفاظ على معرفة بأساليب وتقنيات تحضير القهوة.
- الالتزام بالمعايير والوصفات أثناء التحضير.
خدمة العملاء
- استقبال العملاء ومساعدتهم بطريقة ودية ومهنية.
- معالجة طلبات العملاء بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- تقديم توصيات مخصصة للمنتجات بناءً على تفضيلات العملاء.
- ضمان بيئة نظيفة وجذابة للعملاء.
إدارة المخزون
- المساعدة في استلام وترتيب وتنظيم المخزون.
- مراقبة وإعادة تعبئة اللوازم مثل حبوب القهوة والشراب.
- إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للمخزون لتجنب النقص والهدر.
- الإبلاغ عن احتياجات المخزون لفريق الإدارة.
التنظيف والصيانة
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم أماكن العمل ومناطق إعداد القهوة وخدمة العملاء.
- تنظيف آلات القهوة والمعدات والأدوات بانتظام.
- الالتزام بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة.
المؤهلات:
- يُفضل وجود خبرة سابقة كباريستا أو في مجال خدمة العملاء.
- معرفة بأساليب تحضير القهوة وشغف بتقديم خدمة متميزة.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة وإدارة مهام متعددة.
- مهارات اتصال قوية وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين.
- مهارات حسابية أساسية لإجراء المعاملات النقدية.
