About the Role
We are seeking a Glass Lamination Operator for a full-time, on-site role at City Glasses in Salmabad. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring lamination equipment, ensuring the quality of laminated glass products, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your daily tasks will include preparing glass sheets, applying interlayers, operating lamination machinery, and inspecting the finished products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor lamination equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Prepare glass sheets and apply interlayers accurately.
- Inspect laminated glass products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and quality control.
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or production processes.
- Lift and handle heavy glass sheets as required for the lamination process.
Qualifications
- Experience in glass lamination and glass processing.
- Knowledge of lamination equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Physical stamina to handle and lift heavy glass sheets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or glass industry role is a plus.

نبحث عن مشغل تبطين الزجاج للعمل بدوام كامل في موقع سيتي جلاس في سلماباد. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تشغيل ومراقبة معدات التبطين، وضمان جودة المنتجات الزجاجية المبطنة، والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة. تشمل المهام اليومية تحضير ألواح الزجاج، تطبيق الطبقات الوسيطة، تشغيل آلات التبطين، وفحص المنتجات النهائية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- تشغيل ومراقبة معدات التبطين لضمان سير الإنتاج بسلاسة.
- تحضير ألواح الزجاج وتطبيق الطبقات الوسيطة بدقة.
- فحص المنتجات الزجاجية المبطنة لضمان مطابقتها للمعايير الجودة.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة، والامتثال للبروتوكولات والإرشادات الخاصة بالسلامة.
- التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لضمان الإنتاج الفعال والتحكم في الجودة.
- حل أي مشاكل تتعلق بالآلات أو عمليات الإنتاج.
- رفع وتحميل ألواح الزجاج الثقيلة حسب الحاجة لعملية التبطين.
المؤهلات
- خبرة في تبطين الزجاج ومعالجة الزجاج.
- معرفة بمعدات التبطين وعملياتها.
- اهتمام شديد بالتفاصيل ومهارات مراقبة الجودة.
- القدرة على اتباع البروتوكولات والإرشادات الخاصة بالسلامة.
- القدرة البدنية على رفع ألواح الزجاج الثقيلة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- مهارات حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل بكفاءة في بيئة سريعة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور صناعي أو في صناعة الزجاج.
