About the Role
Join a renowned Biopharmaceutical Company on a high-impact Greenfield project to lead their Security Architecture Transformation. As a Principal IAM Solution Architect, you'll define and implement modern, scalable IAM solutions to protect multi-cloud environments.
- Enterprise IAM Program: Develop and implement an IAM strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, setting KPIs for measurable success.
- Multi-Cloud Roadmap: Create a comprehensive IAM roadmap supporting policies for Oracle, AWS, and Azure.
- Zero-Trust Integration: Lead identity provisioning and secure access practices aligned with zero-trust principles.
- Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure IAM alignment with cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST, Hitrust, and CSF.
- Application Collaboration: Guide the development of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and promote IAM best practices.
- Just-In-Time Access: Implement JIT assurance in CI/CD pipelines with cloud-based IAM strategies.
- Security Leadership: Conduct design reviews and champion IAM security principles across teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive IAM Experience: 7+ years in IAM service delivery and 5+ years in zero-trust architecture.
- Cloud & Identity Frameworks: Expertise with Oracle, AWS, and Azure, plus knowledge of Identity Assurance.
- Advanced IAM Tools: Proficient in Microsoft IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, Identity Federation, Access Management, and Directory Services.
- Technical Protocols: Deep understanding of SAML, OAUTH, and RBAC.
- Security Certifications: Relevant IAM and cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
- Communication: Proficient English for effective collaboration.

- إلمام بالأطر السحابية: خبرة مع Oracle، AWS، وAzure، ومعرفة بأطر ضمان الهوية.
- أدوات IAM المتقدمة: الإلمام بـ Microsoft IAM، SSO، MFA، PAM، إدارة الهوية، وخدمات الدليل.
- البروتوكولات التقنية: فهم عميق لـ SAML، OAUTH، وRBAC.
- الشهادات المهنية: شهادات معترف بها في IAM والسحابة (يفضل Azure).
- مهارات التواصل: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل الفعّال.
