Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for our team in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Conduct audits and financial risk assessments
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of proven experience in accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Tally
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA are preferred but not mandatory

نحن نبحث عن محاسب مالي أول ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المحرق. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بمهارات المحاسبة الدقيقة وضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات المالية الاستراتيجية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية
- إدارة عمليات الإغلاق في نهاية الشهر والسنة
- الإشراف على الحسابات الدائنة، الحسابات المدينة، والرواتب
- تطوير وتنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المحاسبية
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الضرائب ومعايير التقارير المالية
- إجراء التدقيقات وتقييم المخاطر المالية
- تقديم رؤى مالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية
المتطلبات
- درجة الماجستير في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير)
- 5 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في المحاسبة أو دور مشابه
- معرفة قوية بالمبادئ المحاسبية، قوانين الضرائب، واللوائح المالية
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Tally
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات استثنائية
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة
- شهادات مهنية مثل CPA، ACCA، CA، أو CMA مفضلة ولكنها ليست ضرورية
