- Responsibilities:
- Support developer engineering teams with infrastructure provisioning.
- Solve complex cloud infrastructure and developer operations challenges.
- Enhance and manage networking components, firewalls, and intrusion prevention tools.
- Monitor and administer backups for data resiliency, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Manage infrastructure-related incidents escalated from customer experience teams.
- Develop documentation and enhance knowledge management for both internal and client systems.
- Support the security engineering team with cyber defense tools to ensure compliance with standards.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Terraform or other IAC tools.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure, and understanding of networking concepts.
- Proficiency in Powershell, Bash, and YAML scripting with a focus on automation.
- Experience with deployment and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Jenkins).
- System administration skills (Windows, Linux, Unix), with knowledge of IT security practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Icinga, Kibana, Grafana.
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.

المهارات والكفاءات:
- معرفة قوية بـ Terraform أو أدوات IAC أخرى.
- إلمام بمفاهيم بنية السحابة، يفضل Azure، وفهم لمفاهيم الشبكات.
- إجادة Powershell وBash وYAML مع التركيز على الأتمتة.
- خبرة في أدوات النشر والتنسيق مثل Ansible وChef وJenkins.
- مهارات إدارة النظام (Windows، Linux، Unix) مع معرفة ممارسات الأمان لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- الإلمام بأدوات المراقبة مثل Icinga وKibana وGrafana.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على التواصل الفعال.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أمر أساسي.
