• Develop and implement SOPs to optimize rider safety and well-being, incorporating industry best practices.
• Lead multiple rider safety projects, including the "Rider Academy," vehicle inspections, and other related initiatives.
• Streamline the reporting process for rider accidents and ensure clear procedures for suppliers and riders.

• Improve rider health and safety training materials, focusing on ergonomics, defensive driving, and specific workplace hazards.
• Oversee and enhance the rider insurance process for better efficiency and coverage.
• Nurture strong relationships with the Traffic Directorate and address safety complaints from stakeholders, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze rider safety data trends and implement appropriate actions based on insights.
• Maintain rider database integrity and train supplier trainers and patrollers on critical health and safety procedures.
