We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the industrial construction and consumables sector. The role includes planning, organizing, and controlling sales activities, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, managing stock, and leading a team towards achieving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling sales activities
- Analyzing market trends and segmenting target markets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and growth opportunities
- Managing stock and inventory levels
- Developing and executing marketing strategies
- Managing individual and team performance
- Analyzing data for continuous performance improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (MBA is a plus) with excellent leadership skills
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in GCC countries with strong sales process skills
- Experience in the electronic sector, sales strategies, and best practices
- Practical knowledge of automotive and electronic technologies

- إدارة المخزون والمستويات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق
- إدارة أداء الأفراد والفريق
- تحليل البيانات لتحسين الأداء المستمر
المتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المدنية (MBA ميزة إضافية) مع مهارات قيادية ممتازة
- 7-10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي مع مهارات قوية في عمليات المبيعات
- خبرة في قطاع الإلكترونيات واستراتيجيات المبيعات وأفضل الممارسات
- معرفة عملية بتقنيات السيارات والإلكترونيات
