Vacant Positions:

   Senior Developer Advocate

• Creating technical content across mediums: Write blogs, technical documentation, and tutorials, and produce engaging videos to explain and demonstrate Prisma’s core use cases.
• Managing social media presence: Drive Prisma’s social media channels, creating engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and increasing our visibility in the developer ecosystem.
• Coding demo projects and production-ready app templates: Build, share, document, and maintain Prisma apps to help users understand how to use Prisma effectively.
• Building and growing community relationships: Engage with Prisma’s developer community through direct interactions and ongoing support on platforms like Discord and GitHub.
• Speaking at events and livestreams: Represent Prisma at conferences, webinars, and livestreams, delivering talks and tutorials.
• Helping users: Support developers with their Prisma-related problems, potentially diving into their codebases for deeper assistance.

What does the candidate profile look like?

We Believe The Successful Candidate Will

•  Be passionate about content creation, with a proven ability to write technical content, record videos, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Have experience managing social media accounts for a technical brand or product.
• Be skilled at working autonomously, managing projects from conception through delivery while adhering to timelines.

• Has several years of experience building production-grade applications in the Node.js ecosystem.
• Have experience owning projects end-to-end and can independently manage and deliver them, from concept to execution, while ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines.
• Be enthusiastic about building relationships with developers and engaging with technical communities.
• Have strong knowledge of relational databases (knowledge of other databases is a plus).
• Have experience in teaching and educating others, either formally or informally, with a natural ability to engage and explain technical concepts.
• Be fluent in English (both written and spoken).

The Following Experience Would Also Be a Plus

•  Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience editing video and working with content creation tools.
• Experience working with open-source software and communities.
• On-stage speaking experience at conferences or events.
