Teacher & Teacher Assistant - Preschool
Location: Hamad Town
- Position: Teacher / Teacher Assistant
- Qualifications: B.Ed. / ECE / DECE / Diploma in Montessori (at least one of these qualifications is required)
- Experience: 1 – 2 years’ experience in teaching preschool children (required)
Key Responsibilities
- Create a caring, safe, and fun learning environment for the children
- Manage and implement day-to-day creative activities suitable for the age category
- Observe and attend to each child’s individual educational and developmental needs
- Encourage the students' physical, mental, behavioral, and social development
- Effectively coordinate with the co-teacher to ensure smooth classroom functioning
- Involve students actively in daily learning and activities
Important Skills
- Excellent command of the English language (speaking & writing)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Amicable personality and a love for children
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Remuneration

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- خلق بيئة تعليمية آمنة وممتعة للأطفال
- إدارة وتنفيذ الأنشطة اليومية الإبداعية المناسبة للفئة العمرية
- مراقبة ورعاية احتياجات الأطفال التعليمية والتطويرية الفردية
- تشجيع التطور البدني والعقلي والسلوكي والاجتماعي للأطفال
- التنسيق الفعال مع المعلم المساعد لضمان سير العمل داخل الفصل
- إشراك الطلاب بنشاط في التعلم والأنشطة اليومية
المهارات المهمة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (محادثة وكتابة)
- مهارات تواصل ومرونة شخصية قوية
- شخصية ودودة وحب للأطفال
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Office
