Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Agent at Impact Estate W.L.L in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leases, lease administration, assisting the property management department, residential leasing, and providing exceptional customer service in the leasing and marketing of managed properties.
Qualifications
- Leases and Lease Administration skills.
- Residential Leasing experience in Bahrain.
- Customer Service proficiency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Bahrain.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- RERA License Holder is preferred.

هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في موقع شركة إمباكت إستيت في محافظة العاصمة، البحرين. سيكون وكيل الإيجار مسؤولاً عن الإيجارات، إدارة الإيجار، مساعدة إدارة العقارات، الإيجار السكني، وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية في تأجير وتسويق العقارات المدارة.
المؤهلات
- مهارات في إدارة الإيجارات والإيجارات.
- خبرة في الإيجار السكني في البحرين.
- إتقان خدمة العملاء.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية.
- معرفة بقوانين وأنظمة العقارات في البحرين.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد ضمن فريق أو بشكل مستقل.
- يفضل الخبرة السابقة في وظيفة مشابهة.
- الحصول على رخصة RERA مفضل.
