The role requires an operational and strategically-minded individual who is interactive by nature, with a strong background in project/business management skills. The scope of work will initially focus on Project Management, transitioning into Operations Management/Product Ownership at the implementation stage of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  Oversee the end-to-end project management process to go live and for any future phases or enhancements to the product.

• Operations Lead:
  Lead the BAU (Business As Usual) operation and act as the liaison between various operational, IT, and administration teams.

• Client Relationship and Management:
  Develop and maintain the client relationship, seek new commercial opportunities, and implement and maintain BAU communication strategies with clients and stakeholders.

• Product Ownership:
  Understand and prioritize user requirements, define product features, and drive product development.

• Leadership and Program Management:
  Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, while monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations.

• Team Management:
  Manage the project team, including hiring, training, evaluation, and collaboration with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams.

• Performance Monitoring:
  Be responsible for regular monitoring and reporting on the project, and for managing the business performance once the project is completed.

• Operational Policies and Procedures:
  Develop, implement, and manage operational policies, procedures, and processes after the project is completed and implemented.

Education/Professional Qualifications

• University Degree
• Preferably Qualified PMO
• Minimum 7 Years' Experience in Project Management
• Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills, particularly when working with C-level management.
• Confident, accurate, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Discreet, diplomatic, flexible, and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• A good customer and business/operations perspective.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة المشروع:
  الإشراف على عملية إدارة المشروع من البداية إلى التنفيذ، وأي مراحل أو تحسينات مستقبلية للمنتج.

• القيادة في العمليات:
  قيادة العمليات اليومية (BAU) والعمل كحلقة وصل بين الفرق التشغيلية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإدارة.

• إدارة علاقات العملاء:
  تطوير والحفاظ على علاقة العملاء، البحث عن فرص تجارية جديدة، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الاتصال اليومية (BAU) مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

• امتلاك المنتج:
  فهم وتحديد أولويات احتياجات المستخدمين، تعريف ميزات المنتج، ودفع تطوير المنتج.

• القيادة وإدارة البرنامج:
  القيام بالقيادة الشاملة لإدارة البرنامج، مع متابعة وإدارة علاقات العملاء وتوقعاتهم.

• إدارة الفريق:
  إدارة فريق المشروع، بما في ذلك التوظيف، التدريب، التقييم، والتعاون مع مجموعة عابرة للوظائف والفرق الخارجية.

• مراقبة الأداء:
  المسؤولية عن المراقبة والتقارير المنتظمة حول المشروع، وإدارة أداء الأعمال بعد اكتمال المشروع.

• السياسات والإجراءات التشغيلية:
  تطوير وتنفيذ وإدارة السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات التشغيلية بعد اكتمال المشروع وتنفيذه.

التعليم/المؤهلات المهنية

• درجة جامعية
• يفضل أن يكون مؤهلاً في PMO
• خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع
• مهارات اتصال شفوية وتنظيمية قوية، خاصة عند التعامل مع الإدارة العليا.
• الثقة والدقة والتحفيز الذاتي والمرونة.
• الدقة، الدبلوماسية، والمرونة والموثوقية.
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
• وجود منظور جيد للعملاء والأعمال/العمليات.
