Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily service and management of talent agencies.
2. Collect market insights and user feedback.
3. Gather feedback and suggestions from agencies.
4. Develop projects related to talent recruitment, talent management, market promotion, event organization, etc.

Requirements

1. Excellent English and communication skills.
2. Familiar with social media platforms and the entertainment industry, with an ability to follow social media trends.
3. Proficient in using office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Familiar with GCC culture and user interests.
5. Ability to adapt to an international working environment.

1. مسؤول عن الخدمة اليومية وإدارة وكالات المواهب.
2. جمع رؤى السوق وتعليقات المستخدمين.
3. جمع الملاحظات والاقتراحات من الوكالات.
4. تطوير مشاريع مثل استقطاب المواهب، إدارة المواهب، الترويج السوقي، تنظيم الفعاليات، وغيرها.

المتطلبات

1. مهارات ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية والتواصل.
2. إلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وصناعة الترفيه، والقدرة على متابعة اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
3. إجادة استخدام أدوات المكتب مثل Excel وWord وPowerPoint.
4. إلمام بثقافة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي واهتمامات المستخدمين.
5. القدرة على التكيف مع بيئة العمل الدولية.
