We are looking for a talented AI Developer to join our client’s team with a primary focus on building AI-based personalized recommendation systems for video streaming services. You will work alongside an agile and collaborative team to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance user engagement by leveraging content and user data for personalized experiences.
As a forward-thinking developer, you will play an active role in shaping the technical direction of the company’s recommendation systems. This position involves hands-on development, where you will work with existing data and technology stacks, as well as contribute to technology choices and decisions.
Key Responsibilities (English):
- Develop and implement personalized recommendation systems using user behavior data and content interactions.
- Actively participate in technical discussions, offering insights into best practices and emerging technologies in the AI and recommendation spaces.
- Contribute to decision-making regarding the selection of technology stacks.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, system admins, and management to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Share knowledge and collaborate effectively within the team to drive innovation and improve processes.
Skills & Experience (English):
- Experience working with recommendation systems and personalization techniques.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with an interest in applying them specifically to video streaming services.
- Solid problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies and challenges.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team.

بصفتك مطورًا مبتكرًا ومتفكرًا، ستلعب دورًا نشطًا في تشكيل الاتجاه الفني لأنظمة التوصية الخاصة بالشركة. هذه وظيفة تعتمد على التنفيذ العملي حيث ستعمل مع البيانات الحالية وتقنيات الأنظمة بالإضافة إلى المساهمة في اتخاذ قرارات التكنولوجيا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية (عربي):
- تطوير وتنفيذ أنظمة توصية شخصية باستخدام بيانات سلوك المستخدم وتفاعلات المحتوى.
- المشاركة الفعالة في المناقشات الفنية، مع تقديم رؤى حول أفضل الممارسات والتقنيات الحديثة في مجالي الذكاء الاصطناعي و أنظمة التوصية.
- المساهمة في عملية اتخاذ القرار بشأن اختيار تقنيات النظام.
- التعاون الوثيق مع المطورين و مديري الأنظمة و الإدارة لتقديم حلول عالية الجودة وقابلة للتوسع.
- مشاركة المعرفة والتعاون الفعال مع الفريق لدفع الابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
المهارات والخبرة المطلوبة (عربي):
- خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة التوصية وتقنيات التخصيص.
- فهم قوي لمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي و التعلم الآلي، مع اهتمام بتطبيقها في خدمات البث الفيديوي.
- مهارات حل المشكلات الصلبة والقدرة على التكيف مع التقنيات والتحديات الجديدة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل و ضمن فريق صغير ومرن.
