We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing electrical maintenance projects within the GCC region. You will be responsible for the preparation of detailed tenders and quotations, designing electrical modifications according to client requirements, and overseeing project development to ensure successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed tenders and quotations for electrical works.
- Design electrical modifications in accordance with the client's needs.
- Responsible for the development and successful completion of projects.
- Create detailed design drawings, material specifications, and procurement schedules.
- Possess strong analytical and project execution skills.
- Stay current with the latest EWA rules and CDD requirements.
- Diagnose faults and implement modifications in existing electrical services.
- Interpret technical drawings to understand the electrical requirements of the project.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in managing electrical maintenance projects in the GCC.
Desired Candidate Profile
- CRPEP license is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE).
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and strong people management skills.

- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع الصيانة الكهربائية في منطقة الخليج.
المتطلبات المطلوبة
- رخصة CRPEP ضرورية.
- درجة بكاليروس في الهندسة الكهربائية (BE).

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems. The role requires extensive knowledge of HVAC calculations and the technical selection of equipment. You will also be expected to manage the project’s execution to ensure that it meets quality standards while staying within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Perform all types of HVAC calculations such as Heat Load Calculations, External Static Pressure Calculations, Pump Head Calculations, Staircase Pressurization Calculations, etc.
- Well-versed in technical selections of HVAC equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, Fans, etc., and prepare technical and commercial comparisons of quotes from various suppliers.
- Prepare material submittals as per project specifications and HVAC shop drawings as per IFC drawings, and get them approved by the consultant.
- Ensure that the project is executed in compliance with the quality plan and complete the project within the estimated manpower cost.
- Strong computer skills in HVAC software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyser, etc.) and MS Office programs.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Submit payment applications to the customer based on work progress and follow up for payment against the tax invoice based on the payment certificate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 6 – 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- A GCC driving license is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee HVAC system design, installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring efficient project execution from start to finish. The role requires expertise in HVAC calculations, equipment selection, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and the Bill of Quantities at the commencement of each project.
- Responsible for project scheduling and ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare material submittals in accordance with project specifications, develop HVAC shop drawings based on IFC drawings, and obtain necessary consultant approvals.
- Conduct technical selection of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and fans) and prepare comprehensive technical and commercial comparisons of supplier quotes.
- Perform various HVAC calculations, including heat load, external static pressure, pump head, and staircase pressurization assessments.
- Effectively allocate personnel and technological resources to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure project execution aligns with the project quality plan, stays within the estimated manpower budget, and meets all applicable quality standards.
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare installation and commissioning method statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and risk assessments.
- Verify all installation and commissioning method statements to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and manage variations related to changes in the scope of work, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- Coordinate effectively with other mechanical trades, HVAC and electrical disciplines, and architectural teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Raise inspection requests, RFIs, and other pertinent documentation for consultant review.
- Utilize HVAC software (HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, Psychrometric Chart Analyzer) and MS Office applications proficiently.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively liaise with contractors, project managers, and clients.
- Submit payment applications to clients based on project progress and follow up on payments against tax invoices in accordance with the payment certificates.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, operational and maintenance manuals, and consumer instructions.
